Adventure Friends LLC Renters (Adventurers) Agreement We hope you are excited for your adventure! We know how excited we get when it comes time for hitting the open road. But before you hit the open road, it is important to remember about being prepared for the unexpected. And our lawyer says we can’t just toss you the keys and say have fun, that we have to agree to “terms” and “conditions”. We hope this isnt too painful, if you have questions we are here! Mama always said, treat other people’s things like you treat your own. I agree to return all of Adventure Friends LLC’s stuff how I found it, and pay for damages. Hey, accidents happen. You are heading out for some fun adventuring, maybe there is no cell service, maybe you had to use the screens as nets to catch fish for dinner, maybe you had to use the camp chairs to fend off wildlife. It happens, but we do need to replace broken stuff and like to make sure there are no surprises. If the below are broken I agree to pay the below. All Screens without holes: $150 Chips or cracks in the windshield: $80 Chip Fill, $550 Windshield replacement Van was full when I got, will return full: 1.5x cost to top off It puts the right gas in otherwise it breaks the engine: $13,000 (they aint cheap) Stove/Table/Chairs/Fridge: Well share an updated Amazon link We love dogs, Dog is my co-pilot. But to ensure our cleaners can get that fine dog hair and dander out of the carpet we do have a small daily fee. However, if you fail to mention there is a dog or sneak one by our cleaners have to take twice as long potentially delaying future guests. Please just let us know, otherwise this is a $500 penalty. Initial Pics or it didn’t happen! We take pre-trip photos before each van goes out and when they come back. We ask that you do the same. By departing our lot you agree to pay for damages not in the initial photos. Your going places! But we have to make sure your rental is taken care of and ready for the next adventure. To do that we have some boring math. All you have to know is your adventure comes with unlimited miles on our trailers and rooftop tents and 125 miles per day for campervans (or more based on milage package). You agree to pay $0.35/mile over to help us cover some of the costs to keep the van adventure ready. Insurance, make sure you got it. Illegal acts, make sure you dont do them. Plain and simple. You agree to carry insurance (yours or ours) and to be a responsible law abiding adventurer. If you have any questions on how to adventure responsibly we are here! Insurance and Illegal Acts If I have not purchased insurance with Adventure Friends LLC then I agree to allow Adventure LLC to contact my insurance company to verify information and allow Adventure Friends LLC to be added as a covered party to my insurance. In the event of an accident or damage to the van or equipment I agree that my insurance, unless insurance has been purchased, shall cover all expenses and loss of income, if those expenses are not covered then I will be personally responsible to compensate Adventure Friends LLC for any and all damage. I understand that I will cover all legal fees associated with any damage. I agree that if the vehicle is detained for illegal use that I will be responsible for any charges incurred in restoring the vehicle, and any loss of income incurred by the Adventure Friends LLC. I declare that the information in this proposal is to the best of my knowledge and belief correct and complete in every detail and that no information has been withheld which might influence the acceptance of this proposal which with this declaration shall form the basis of the contract of insurance. If I have agreed to purchase insurance through Adventure Friends LLC then I agree to all insurance terms listed on the insurance providers website at Outdoorsy.com. Furthermore I understand that the insurance purchased from Adventure Friends LLC has a deductible of $1500. If I have not purchased insurance with Adventure Friends LLC I agree to cover and deductibles required by my insurance. Now that this is done, on with the adventure!
