Janel and Scott received praise for excellent communication, being understanding of issues, receptive, and providing thorough explanations and personalized service. However, one booking was canceled by the host a day before departure.

The Promaster ran great, was easy to drive, got good mileage, and performed well in varied weather. Guests found it comfortable, clean, stylish, and well-equipped for adventures, though the bed size and shower/toilet system were noted, and a user guide was suggested.
