Rules for the Road for Big Family RV Rentals Tow vehicle and towing experience must be verified prior to acceptance of rental. To help make your trip safe and stress-free, please follow these guidelines during your rental No Smoking/Vaping. Smoking inside the RV is strictly prohibited. A cleaning fee will be charged for any smoke-related damage. Campsite & Hookups Know Your Limits. Be mindful of height and clearance restrictions when driving Proper Hookups. When connecting to power, water, and sewer, follow all campground rules and use provided equipment properly. Level the RV. Use the included leveling blocks to avoid damage and ensure a comfortable stay. Fuel, Propane & Generator Propane. Use propane responsibly and ensure tanks are turned off when not in use. Generator Usage. If using the generator, follow safety postings and connect generator according to instructions Cleaning & Care Keep It Tidy. Please return the RV in the same clean condition as when received. Excessive cleaning fees may apply. Dump Waste Properly. If required, ensure that the black/gray water tanks are emptied before returning the RV (unless pre-arranged). Report Any Issues.
