Our 27 foot Wilderness travel trailer is located on our private property, surrounded by state land, hiking, horseback riding, and only 16 miles to downtown Prescott, AZ, everyone's hometown.Lots of star gazing, peaceful, quite, convenient, secure, with plenty of hiking outside your door.16 miles from downtown Prescott. Easy drive to Jerome, Sedona, Williams, Granite Mountain, and several wilderness areas and Prescott National Forest trails nearby.Sleeps four, plus large outside deck, bar BQ grill, fire pit with firewood, kitchen, bathroom, indoor and outdoor shower, pets welcome, all bedding and towels provided.Water, electricity, waste system, propane and firewood all provided.Full bed and two fold down beds.Gas stove, refrigerator, heater, and coffee maker provided. We provide basic cooking and dining utensils. Bring your own food and beverages. We ask you to haul away your trash.Note, we are on solar and a water well. We have a backup generator that may need to be ran at times to recharge the batteries. We ask you to be mindful of using resources. No air conditioning, so please select best seasons for your comfort.Our personal residence is nearby, but you have complete privacy. We have 4 friendly dogs.
