Recent rentals cite non-functional backup/side cameras and a malfunctioning right mirror, severely impacting safe driving and backing up. Interior shows significant wear with peeling furniture, leaks, and dirty areas.

2.0Our hosts were very responsive to any questions or issues. With that being said the RV is not as shown in the pictures. Those must have been taken early on. This RV is in rough shape. The furniture fabric is all peeling, getting all over you when you sit down and the bed above the cockpit is coming off the wall. The toilet leaked and the stinky slinky has a pin while in it. But the biggest problem was there was no backup camera that worked. The side cameras were nonfunctional and the right mirror did not work from the driver's side controls. When trying to adjust it manually it would just move back to the original position of pointing in and down. Therefore, we had no view of anything on the right-side or back of the RV when backing up. Luckily I had my wife to direct me but without that I would have been blind when backing up. This is a 2021 with 100,000 miles on it. I would not rent this again.

1.0Very disappointed!! Pics you see are when it was newer. Very worn interior. Water leak. Tire damage. Slide out steps would not work properly. Very dirty under pullout couch and dog hair And more.... My husband spent the first 4 days trying to find the water leak.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

Drop off time for returning the RV is between 7:00am-11:00am. Pick up time for new rentals is between 3:00pm-7:00pm. We are happy to coordinate early/late drop offs or early/late pick ups based on availability. Please coordinate with us at the time of booking for this request to be considered.
