We've upgraded the shower head and added a thick memory foam mattress to the queen bed. Smart TV with antenna and dvd player. 1 large folding table is included for easy outdoor meal prep as well as camping chairs and a small folding table for drinks, etc. Linens are included but will be removed on request if you prefer to bring your own. The RV we rented was perfect for our needs. We used it at our home as another bedroom for one of our adult children. We appreciated how easy this process was. Jason was wonderful to work with - flexible with our needs. His camper is very well-maintained and full of the items one would need for camping.

Jason and Heather were wonderful and informative. The RV is very nice. We only used it as a mini hotel room during my parents' visit and it worked out great.

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
I'm always available in the evening for pick up and drop off and all day on the weekends. I can arrange my schedule to accommodate earlier times during the week but please contact me in advance to check.
Q.How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
30 amp electric cable and surge protection will be provided and stored in the outside access hatch for convenience. Fresh water hoses pressure regulator and filter are also stored in this area. Sewer hoses are stored in the bumper close to the valves to dump the tank. Latex gloves and all necessary attachments are provided for your convenience. We also have a portable dump tank available for an additional fee if your campsite doesn't have sewer but there is a dump station nearby.
