Our 2019 lightweight bunk house is a breeze to tow. Our F-150 hauls it with little effort. Renter must provide towing-capable vehicle (please check towing weight restrictions on your vehicle prior to renting). Towing hookup has sway-bar bracing. Trailer has a murphy queen bed, dinette that converts into a small bed, and full size bunks. Great use of storage space. Nice sized bathroom in addition to an outdoor shower feature perfect for doing dishes, washing dirt off feet, or rinsing the pets. Water hose/attachment included. RV includes a TV with DVD player for rainy day entertainment. Power tongue jack and no slides for quick setup /departure. Power awning, outdoor speakers, LP quick connect, and outside kitchen create the perfect BBQ hangout. Renter should be prepared with an extension cord for power hookup.Heat/Appliances in the trailer run off propane. Renter should be prepared with a minimum of 1 full-size propane tank (trailer can hold 2 full size propane tanks total) if heat/appliance use is desired during rental. Trailer is stocked with a few cooking essentials (pots, spatulas, knives) but does not include bedding, towels, silverware, dishes, or cleaning supplies.Trailer must be returned fully cleaned inside and with the exterior washed to be free of dirt and debris. Renter is responsible to return trailer with gray and black water tanks completely emptied. A portion of the security deposit will be retained if either of these items is not completed upon return.Also available:
