5.0Excellent Customer Service! The host was very responsive throughout the entire process; from the initial inquiry, delivery/setup, to pickup. The delivery and setup was well worth the nominal fee...what an awesome convenience! We arrived at the campsite and everything was set up and ready to go. The host conducted a user friendly but thorough walk through of all the key features in the RV and was available via text/phone if there were any issues. The RV was in mint condition and exceptionally clean. It was equipped with all of the basic essentials for camping, plus some really nice amenities. We will definitely be repeat customers.
