Vee could not have been more helpful and communicative. He was always available throughout the process, and took the time to explain how everything works. The composting toilet was clutch, as were the bug wall for the back door and the ability to have power, running water, and heat. Inclusion of a heating blanket and Jackery charger was critical to fight off the cold overnight temps. The van got lots of compliments from passersby - it's an impressive-looking rig! Based on the customer service and amenities, I wanted to give this trip 5 stars. The 2 reasons why I gave it 4 - It is loud while driving. I understand there will be some rattling in converted vans, but this was compounded by a rattling AC, a blown speaker, and overhead vent which wind traveled through like a tunnel. The second reason is the bed setup. While it offers a lot of space, there is very little cushion from the bench pillows, which didn't fit together correctly. Even with multiple layers of comforter and sheets, it made a good nights' sleep challenging. Overall, this was a good experience. With a few fixes, Vee's van will be top notch!

The camper van was exactly as advertised, was very well equipped, clean and very attractive. Vee gave us a very thorough orientation and later texted us to make sure everything was going OK. It was. Apparently, the stepstool that is usually with the van was not there this time and it would have been very nice to have a step up because the van is very high. We would certainly rent this van from Vee again.
