This was the best experience I’ve had with any kind of rental property/equipment! From the moment I set up the trip there was plenty of intentional communication around what the plan was and what we would be needing. The set up meeting was fantastic - Arsenio had everything accounted for. This was my first time driving an RV and I was a little nervous I may get overwhelmed with info. This was not an issue as he had laminated lists made for everything, gear was all organized, and the two times on the trip I had questions he was immediately responsive. The RV was perfect for our child’s birthday party! She wanted a road trip with her friends plus camping. There was plenty of space for 8 people plus all the gear we needed for the campsite. The RV was very clean for when we picked it up and drove great! Don’t be intimidated by how big it is if you have not driven one - you get the hang of it immediately and it’s a lot of fun! I have dozens of pictures from the trip, unfortunately I can’t post them here without coordinating with eight families permission to post pics of their kids online :/ but rest assured it was a blast door to door - literally! Driving up in the RV to each friends house who had never been in one was like a celebrity rolling into town:) Clean up and returning was simple, with flexible times allowed us to enjoy the last day without feeling rushed, and great communication as I double checked with Arsenio that all was in order. I will definitely be renting again!

We did not have a very pleasant experience with this trip. We rented it for Apostle islands kayaking trip. Generator on RV did not work more than a few minutes and there was no power until you plug it in campground. Upon reaching Apostle islands, there was no transportation to kayaking destination and we could not take the RV as we had our dog with us and we would not have power if unplugged from campground. Because of this we had to cancel our kayaking trip, which was the main reason for our travel. There was no ac in the back throughout the journey. Host never admitted that his generator was bad, instead tried to tell us that we just did not know how to operate it. Upon returning the RV we had host check everything and he said it was looking good and we should be good to go but after about couple of hours host sent us a $100 bill along with a picture of half a handful of dog hair telling us we need to pay this if we wanted our deposit refunded. I paid it but after some time my wife called the host to confront about this and he agreed to refund the $100 if we do not write a bad review. I dont want anybody else to be in same situation so had to post this review.
