5.0Renting this RV was a great decision. We picked this motorhome because it was brand new, it is a 2021 model, and that is a guarantee that the mechanics are in good condition as well as the inside, and that was certainly the case. We were six people and we slept comfortably. In the beginning we wanted a motor home with slides out to have more space, but while driving it we realized that one without slides out is more convenient. We went to Yellowstone and Grand Teton with my nephews, who rented a similar MH but with slide outs. For them it was a hassle because when we stopped they needed to open the slides and while driving they didn’t have the space we had. Also, if you want to make a quick stop to cook something, you have to go through the hassle of opening the slides out. Contrary to my previous belief, a MH without slides out is better when you have a full house, so that is what I recommend, I am happy we rented this MH without slides out. We received it clean, and with everything you need to have a good time, such as towels, bed sheets and everything we needed in the kitchen. Sarah was very accommodating in reference to the pick up time and delivery time, and very responsive when we had questions, she always got back to us quickly. The owners responsiveness was certainly a big plus ! This is the third time we rent an RV, it is ideal for family trips when you want to stay close to nature and want to move to a couple of places, which would be a hassle if staying at hotels. As for the experience with Outdoorsy, it was great. Good customer service, good platform, we are happy. All in all, we had a great time!
