All Dave & Matt Vans rental customers agree to the following regulations: - Absolutely no smoking of any kind is permitted inside of our vans - Pets are allowed within reason. Cleaning fee may apply if van is returned in poor condition - Mileage limit of 150 miles per day average. A $0.35 per mile surcharge will apply if exceeded - Fuel tank should be returned full. A $5.00 per gallon surcharge will apply if not - Customers are required to add trip insurance and pass the driver verification check. You may use personal insurance coverage if your provider can issue a "binder" agreement that insures our vehicle for the duration of your trip - We cannot rent to anyone under the age of 25 if using the provided insurance packages. This age restriction can be lifted if a binder agreement is issued by your personal insurance provider - Travel to Canada is permitted - Travel to Mexico is NOT permitted - All vans returned more than one hour later than the agreed upon time will be assessed a $30 admin fee plus the hourly rental rate for each hour over - Lost keys will incur a $100 replacement fee plus an hourly rate for delivery of replacement - Recreational tailgating at sporting events is permitted - Attendance at music festivals is not permitted but we are willing to hear you out based on your destination - Any damage claims following return of the van will be submitted by Dave & Matt vans within 48 hours of return - Rental user is responsible for any and all fees, fines or charges resulting from moving violations, tolls, parking, etc.
