• No smoking inside the camper. Any evidence of smoking (including odor) will result in forfeiture of the security deposit. • Pets are welcome with prior approval and a $50 pet fee. Guests are responsible for any pet-related damage or excessive cleaning. Unapproved pets or pet damage may result in additional fees or forfeiture of the security deposit. • The tow vehicle must meet all towing requirements, including proper towing capacity and a functioning brake controller. If a brake controller is not present at pickup, the camper cannot be released. • Do not climb on the roof or use it for storage. Roof access is not permitted. • All gray and black tanks must be emptied prior to return, unless the tank dump service has been added. A $50 fee will apply if tanks are returned full. • Please return the camper in clean condition, including broom-swept floors, wiped-down surfaces, and all trash removed. A broom and cleaning wipes are provided for your convenience. Excessive cleaning may result in a $75–$150 cleaning fee, depending on condition at return. • Guests are required to watch the setup and takedown videos prior to towing or using the camper. Please disclose your destination and intended use in advance so we can confirm suitability.
