5.0amazing experience with Fernando the owner of this RV. TLDR version. a few days before our scheduled trip the first RV we rented (not Fernando) called me to tell me he had to cancel our RV reservation. my family and myself were devastated. But Fernando swiped in to Dave the day and my families trip. On short notice Fernando arranged to replace the RV we lost and drove the RV directly to my house. TY from the bottom of my heart. amazing experience. First rate communication from Fernando. We are already thinking of booking this RV again. highly recommend.
