If fully loaded with off-road toys would recommend towing with a 3/4 ton vehicle.
Ramp converts into a gated patio.Everything included for RV campsite hookups (20 ft Dump Hose, water hose connector, 25ft power cord.)
One full propane tank included with rental.
Beds/ Dining Area:
Sleeping capacity for 6 adults. Has a private front master bedroom with king bed, tv, plenty of closet space and private door to enter and exit from the outdoors. In the rear we have two king size bunk beds with electric lift, bottom bunk bed turns into two separate couches for dining area. Second TV in rear living space. Foldable dining table. (During this time of Covid we are not including linens, blankets, pillows or towels.)Kitchen:
Kitchen has a spacious fridge, microwave, three burner stove top and plenty of cabinet space. Some basic cookware supplies included.Bathroom:
Very spacious bathroom with stand up shower. Bathroom is located in the center with two doors for entry, one thru the front private bedroom and the other thru the rear living space. (Included: Some basic cleaning supplies. & Only a couple RV toilet paper rolls will be included.)
*Please completely dump Black/Grey tanks before returningVentilation/Generator:
Fully vented Heat and AC unit. Water Heater works great.
No generator included but I have one available for rent if neededOutdoor Amenities:
