Less than 24ft, easy driving and handling, yet big enough with everything for up to 6 person, perfect for a family of 4 to 6. We took the RV to Yellowstone in 2022 summer and it was an awesome trip. Regular oil change (every 7500 miles), replaced 6 tires with Michelin CrossClimate at DiscountTire on 05/26/23. Generator serviced by Cummins in June, 2025.Notice: The under bed storage (Access from the outside) was damaged due to improper usage from a renter so cannot be used.As for the Minnie Winnie here is a walk through youtube video of all the features of this RV:

5. Please contact owner for pet policy. Pet on board without contacting owner will cause forfeiture of your security deposit.
6. No climbing on roof (for safety reasons).
