Our half ton of fun, Bertha, is a very clean, home away from home, with the right amt of tech for less than optimal weather. TV/DVD/CD/Amfm entertainment with indoor & outdoor speaker zones. Wi-Fi/satellite/cable capable.
#BerthasKeep has just the right amount of space for an outdoor adventurous couple or a young family with 1 or 2 small children OR fur-parents with 1-2 dog(s).
When we were looking for an RV for our own adventures, we thought we had a list of "have to haves" to enjoy this. This RV has not disappointed us in our needs. We were careful not to load it up with a bunch of stuff until we knew what we wanted. Seems we don't have to have what we thought and the more we get outside, the less we want.
My wife is 5'6" and I'm 6'4". YES, I fit in the shower! Hot enough, decent recovery with ele/prop combo and it has a bench seat for scrubbing mud off my legs from who knows what my wife talked me into!
We have had an over night guest stay with us here and there. We have even set up a gravity chair in front of the fridge to watch movies with friends!
My wife has done some great cooking inside the rig and the 3b w/oven works nice but, it is what it is, small so, when you open that door to put something in, it takes time to recoup that heat again, setting off your cook time. Dawna put a thermometer in there and makes adjustments to her recipes accordingly.
Check our social media to see what we are up to. We aren't all that exciting sometimes but, we sure do find some beautiful places to park #BerthasKeep and some delicious eats!
Whether you rent our rig or not, help us find beauty in the outdoors more by sharing your adventures too on Facebook and/or Instagram with us! #BerthasKeep promise, we won't troll you unless you want us to!
Happy camping!!!

We love the RV experience. We have bigger dreams to improve and upgrade our rig and thought, what a better way to do this while renting the RV, meeting new people, and hearing their stories and feedback. We remember being a younger family, scraping for money for vacations with kids, feeling like we got chewed up by the daily demands of adult life and we came to realize we could have and should have made more time for the outdoors. We are extremely lucky to have lived in the area we now enjoy for many outdoor recreations, and we do and are working on documenting our adventures on social media to share with you and hope you share your adventures with us, even if you don't rent with us!

Q.What is set up?
A.
We set up and connect the RV on the appropriate sized site that you have booked. We will then go through the walk through, to make sure everything is functioning and you are aware of how to use the RV's features.
Required paperwork & Questions
Emergency call procedures
This process can take an hour maybe more depending on any trouble.
Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
It is mandatory that the renter listed is there with photo ID for delivery/setup/walkthrough/all nights booked/pickup walkthrough. "Should" take about 1 hour. In some cases, pick up may need to happen 1.5 hours prior to campground check out times.
Price calculated includes both ways.
Light cleaning supplies are supplied for urgent messes during your stay for you to clean up. The owners go through a full cleaning of linens, dish wares and the interior of the RV for each rental.
Q.Describe "supplied toilet paper"
A.
Our rolls suit a family of 4 for a week. If the renter runs out, you must resupply your trip with RV septic safe toilet paper. Renters must check waste tanks daily and empty when they reach 3/4 full. Empty valves must stay closed except to empty. Black tank tabs are supplied for the renter to add when emptying is had been completed. If you use our supplied 'honey wagon' YOU are responsible to empty it at your campgrounds dump station or use the campground's honey wagon service if they have one.
