It's a little bit fancy for camping at least, the kind we like to do anyway. We aren't the sit at the campsite types, I will sleep on the ground in a soggy tent if we had to hike to get there but, there is something nice about not waking up damp with an 8-inch-deep puddle next to your head or scooting across the campground at 2am to pee.I over do if I have too much stuff to do stuff with so, this little kitchen keeps me from feeding the masses! A little bit of luxury I hope with some new cooling sheets we ordered. Most of our 5th wheel stuff transferred over nicely to this little rig. It is a smaller space but, smaller space, less stuff to store, track, clean and move so, a little bit faster to set up, little bit easier to take down, clean up, a little bit easier. The bathroom, to be real, is just a little bit too small it takes a bit of finesse to shower if you're tall or even average at all. It is doable you will see, my husband is 6'4", he makes it work even with the short distance from the door to his knee.
We tried to just put a little bit in this RV to achieve just enough of those creature comforts like ability to make coffee a percolator that can do coffee or hot water and save space. We have some additions to make and are always up for ideas!We bring the RV to your campground camp site that has minimum of electric for a 30amp RV and water hook ups, sewer is preferred. We do not do house rentals, tailgating, festivals, boondocking or anything outside of a normal campground. We deliver with in 60 miles of the New Hampshire seacoast area to pre-approved campgrounds that are located in Maine or New Hampshire.The 3rd bed is the jack-knife sofa/dining area. Similar to a twin bed but shorter. This area is suitable for 1 adult or 1 Maybe 2 Small children and does NOT come with bedding and we do not supply pillows. This RV is a little one and room in the rig is probably enough for two Small or ONE large dog.Dogs do require approval. We have had great renters in the past with dogs. They are a big part of our lives and love vacation too. Though we are currently without a fur baby, we wish to keep offering that for responsible owners of well-behaved and house-trained dogs.We are excited to share our RV with people who want to get out there to respect and enjoy nature, have a great adventure or to just hang around the campsite with your family and friends to reconnect face to face.Whatever your plan is, tell us where you are going, what you are thinking about doing and we will do our best to enhance your plans with an easy set up and delivery. For us, our style, our tribe, less is more but this RV has a little bit of just what we need.We will walk you through it all and stay until you are comfortable with using the RV. • no smoking or burning candles incents or plug in deodorizers
• do not run the AC and keep the doors and windows open
• do not move the RV or tamper with any of the locks
• tank dumping is renter responsibility with or without hook ups and the honey wagon is to be emptied immediately after use if your site doesn't have sewer hookups.
• do not operate the slide, solar, lift or stabilization legs
• More than normal cleaning needs will be charged $250 and up, this applies to things that should have been cleaned up such as vomit, bathroom grossness, things that stain like wine or Kool-Aid, common sense stuff you wouldn't want to clean up.
• damages resulting in lost booking revenue are the responsibility of the renter(s) who damaged the RV
• drop off is pre-determined at the time of booking and will incur late fees of $50 an hour if you're late - no drop offs after 8pm
• pick up will be minimum of 1 hour prior to campground check out time, earlier pick up can be pre-arranged.
• Additional processing fees BY OUTDOORSY will add to cleaning/replacement/damage repair costs.
