This RV features an inviting layout, full kitchen and bathroom, entertainment center with flat screen TV, heating and air conditioning, and propane furnace. There are 3 separate sleeping areas to provide comfortable sleeping space for up to 6 adults and 2 children. Sleeping configurations: 1) large private rv-queen bedroom (sleeps 2 adults) 2) over-cab queen bed (sleeps 2 adults) 3) two single bunks (sleeps 2 adults) In addition, there is a jackknife sofa and fold-down dinette that provide sleeping space for 2 small children. This RV is easy to drive and includes a back-up and side-mirror cameras. This unit has: - Full kitchen with large fridge and freezer, stove, oven and microwave - Large, private bedroom with comfortable queen bed - Two bunks for extra sleeping space, or convert to a spacious closet! - Entertainment system with TV/DVD and stereo - Propane furnace, air conditioning and tankless (on-demand) water heater. - Fully-stocked kitchen - Large, automatic patio awning - Powerful Triton V-10 engine - 4000-watt generator - Tons of storage The renter(s) must be at least 25 years of age and have some experience driving RVs, large vehicles and/or towing boats/trailers.
