Any damage noted on post-trip which was not documented on pre-trip checklist will be considered new damage.Black and Gray tank disposal:Unless previously agreed to in writing by both the owner and the renter it will be the responsibility of the renter to ensure that both Black and Gray tanks have been emptied and properly disposed of. If these are not properly emptied the renter will incur a dumping fee + mileage charge of $4.80 per mile or $75.00, whichever is greater. For example, if the dumping fee is $30.00 and it is a total of 10 miles, the assessed charge will be $30.00 + $75 for mileage fee which would equal $105.00.Camper will also be returned in clean condition. A $150.00 cleaning fee will be assessed for any camper returned dirty.Please use only supplied RV-safe toilet tissue. Any plumbing issues due to use of improper tissue will be repaired at renter’s expense.
