1.0I will never rent an RV van or trust Outdoorsy again, Apparently your company has NO oversight of your subcontractors! The van we rented was a DEATH TRAP!!!! 70 to 85%of our trip we had noxious fumes leaking into the cab, I believe from the exhaust manifold or a busted exhaust pipe! The final straw was on the night of June 8th, when at 4 am the LP ALARM went on and would not go off until my son reset it. Your subcontractor endangered 5 adults LIVES and our 4 year old grandson's LIVE!!! We ended up paying for 2 hotel rooms that we were not expecting!!!!! NEVER AGAIN SHALL WE RENT FROM OUTDOORSY!!!
