4.0Awning was disabled (on purpose), which I think should have been mentioned as we counted on using it to stay out of the sun. That was disappointing. The trailer didn't appear to have been vacuumed to get out debris left over from construction/transport (especially given a cleaning/prep fee to rent). The owner was great to deal with and plenty communicative on the process. Owner taught us how to operate the RV and we appreciate the owner letting us borrow a hitch that allowed the trailer to sit better.
