General Rules for RV Use Driving & Operation Must be at least 25 years old with a valid driver’s license. No off-road driving, dirt roads, beaches, or unpaved trails. Do not climb on the roof. Drive cautiously—no speeding, hard braking, or aggressive turning. Always ensure awning is fully retracted before driving or during strong winds. Cleaning & Care Treat the RV as you would your own home. No smoking or vaping of any kind inside the RV. No pets unless approved prior to booking. Keep food, drinks, and trash cleaned up to avoid odors or pests. Wipe down counters, surfaces, and floors before returning. Tanks & Utilities Black and gray tanks must be returned empty unless you purchase the add-on. Only RV-safe toilet paper may be used. Never run the generator or AC for long periods without monitoring power levels. Avoid using the microwave, AC, and outlets simultaneously if on generator power. Fuel & Propane Return with the same amount of gasoline and propane you received at pickup. Use only approved filling stations for propane. Awning & Exterior Awnings are fragile—use with caution and never leave them open unattended. Secure all exterior compartments before driving. Do not attach items or straps to the exterior body. Parking & Campsites Park only in safe, level areas. Use wheel chocks when needed. Avoid low-clearance drive-thru lanes, underpasses, or parking garages. Accidents & Emergencies Report any damage immediately. If something breaks, do not attempt repairs without approval. In case of tire issues, call roadside assistance—do not drive on a damaged tire. Return Requirements RV must be returned by the agreed-upon time. Interior must be tidy: trash removed, surfaces wiped, floor swept. Tanks emptied (unless add-on purchased). Fuel levels restored.
