This listing and any Supplemental Rental Agreement (SRA) supplement and do not replace or supersede the Outdoorsy Terms of Service (TOS). In case of conflict, TOS controls. All payments, claims, and resolutions must be handled through the Outdoorsy platform. Required at Key Exchange / Pickup: • Valid driver's license matching reservation name and person taking possession. • Proof of personal auto insurance covering towing/RV use (declaration page/card). Failure results in cancellation per strict policy (no refunds). Protection Packages (Mandatory): • Maximum protection + Interior Damage Protection must be purchased via Outdoorsy checkout before pickup. If not added, rental cannot proceed and will be canceled (no refunds). Mileage Policy: • 100 free miles per day. Additional miles $0.45/mile (via platform). Unlimited option available — message host. Prep & Cleaning Fee: • $150 one-time fee at checkout. Covers cleaning, sanitizing, restocking, safety inspection, and setup. Pet Policy: Pets allowed only with prior approval. $10/pet/day fee applies. No cats. Unapproved pets may result in cancellation and fees. Fresh Water & Towing Safety: Travel with fresh water tank empty or nearly empty to avoid unsafe weight/sway. Refill at campground. General Expectations: • Return RV in same condition (reasonable wear excepted). • No smoking inside. • No generators unless approved. • Guest fully responsible for damage/loss/theft during rental, regardless of fault, and must cooperate with Outdoorsy claims process (including primary insurance filing). All defects/damage not noted on the Departure Checklist are guest’s responsibility per TOS. By booking, guest agrees to these rules and any SRA at key exchange.
