He showed us where everything we would need was located, reviewed all the procedures of using the RV and gave us contact numbers should we have any trouble! Daniel was very professional and thorough in his initial RV "orientation" and was quick to respond to follow up questions while we were on the road. Even sent video explanations which made things super easy. If you're considering this RV, do it! We would definitely rent again!
