Floor plan has one queen bed, two double bunk beds, a dinette that folds down into single bed, and a couch that collapses into a double bed. Good size pantry and storage inside and under front. Lovely awning and outdoor kitchen with fridge/stove top to enjoy your camping experience. Camping mat provided to help keep debris out of the unit.Bunkhouse could sleep 2 small kids in each bed, or give them their own for privacy. Couch and dinette fold down for more sleeping space. Queen bed can be closed off with sliders for more privacy.Please bring your own bedding/sleeping bags and towels.Kitchen stocked with pots and pans, dishes, silverware and cooking utensils. Griddle and coffee maker also included. Paper towels, napkins, toilet paper and Lysol wipes provided. Kitchen towels, dishrags, disposable sponges and garbage bags also included. Nice size fridge, range, microwave and oven along with double sink.Bathroom has shower with door, toilet and sink/vanity.TV rotates to be viewed from main area or bedroom area. Includes DVD player and audio that can be synced to Bluetooth for indoor/outdoor music. Lots of board games also included for those rainy days.Dry weight of camper is 6,015 lbs. Requires large SUV or pick up to tow. We can provide weight distribution hitch.Per MN state law, you must have an electric brake controller and trailer light wiring, and they must be in complete working order prior to leaving with the unit.
