We include all the creature comforts too, including brand new coffee pot, toaster, all the cooking and eating utensils and dishes.The refrigerator is raised off the floor, making it easy to reach, with extra pantry cabinets above. The dinette seats 4 with two benches and comfortable cushions. Paper towels, hand towels, hot pads, sponges, dish soap, and spray cleaners are included.SleepingThe comfortable Queen bed includes an optional featherbed topper. The kitchen dinette folds down for an additional sleeping spot for 1-2 more people. Window shades on all the windows make privacy and room darkening a snap!BathroomThe clean, modern bathroom includes all the comforts to feel like home.
