2013 Thor Motor Coach Freedom Elite

Overall we had an great experience! The RV did very well for us, and gave us no problems other than those we started with before we left your location. The RV was a different unit than the one booked, and we were not made aware of that prior to arrival. Also, the RV was not completely ready when we arrived at our pre-arranged pickup time of 10am. There was no drain hose for the waste water dumping in the RV, and no adapter for the electrical hookup (both of these were present and ready in the RV we toured when we visited in January). Nick had to go out to get both of these, and would not have been aware if we did not bring that up. The RV also would not start and Nick had to use the 'emergency start' switch. He assured us that it would charge as we drove it, but it did not for the entire trip. We had to use the emergency start switch every time we started it, and we left the engine running on our trip out and back as a precaution because of the battery issue. Also, the light in the bathroom never worked. Nick was not very knowledgeable about the RV unit and had to figure things out as he went (electric and sewer hookups, generator function, electric power main off/on switch, microwave and tv not operable without generator or electric power). It did not give me a good feeling at first, but he did figure things out before we left and we had no issues on the trip, other than the main engine battery and the bathroom light. Overall, we did have a great trip, and we would reach out to you to rent again when we do another trip!

Was horrible the truck smelled really bad the owner of the truck is trying to get over o me I don't even smoke he say the truck smelled like cigarettes I took the rv back early cause it wasn't a good experience

The RV was great! We had 4 adults and 2 kids and were very comfortable. Abner was extremely helpful and easy to work with. Highly suggest working with this company.
