The hosts told us to hook up and drive off if they were not home. She did not do a pre-inspection walk through as stated on the app. The hitch itself was put together upside down. The registration was expired as of Feb 2026 (we rented July 2026). When we arrived at our campsite and started the generator we discovered two bottles of motor oil shoved back behind the generator. They started melting and smoking and leaked inside the compartment. There was not a fire extinguisher in the camper. The generator had to be repaired two times in two days because it stopped working. There was a loose wire found in the back of the generator. Two more times after the repairs the generator would turn on and just stop working. We were told there was nothing that could be done at that point. We were camping in 90 degree weather and had no AC for half of our 5 day trip. We are now being charged for the generator compartment door because we are told we didn’t keep it open and it melted. It was a total nightmare of a trip. The hosts were not supposed to rent this out with expired registration and safety issues. I do not recommend renting this camper.

Nice clean camper with tons of room! We would definitely rent again.
