Kaci was a great host! Very helpful and informative and was always there to answer the many questions we had during our trip. Renters praised 'great communication'.
Vehicle Condition
The RV's state is paramount: praised as 'perfect' and 'all top notch' by many, but severely criticized when 'very dirty' with a 'broken seat', 'lights did not work', and 'panel of the wall falling out'.

5.0Kaci was a great host! Very helpful and informative and was always there to answer the many questions we had during our trip. Awesome motor coach /RV had everything we needed and the Tiffen name is well worth it over numerous 'lesser' brands it was all top notch! - highly recommended!!! Will not hesitate to rent for Kaci again in the future.

1.0When we went to get the RV, the outside was very dirty. The front passenger seat was broken so it kept spinning in circles. You can’t drive it this way. This is a violation of the California vehicle code. some of the outside driving lights did not work, which is another violation. there was a panel of the wall that was falling out and onto the kitchen counter. The front window privacy shade did not work. I refused to accept the vehicle the way it was. It was advertised that it would be clean and in good shape. They still charge my car approximately $2800.

5.0Kaci is fantastic to rent from. She’s a great communicator. Pick up and drop off was made simple and easy. Her RV is palatial with 4 slide outs. It’s all loaded up with everything you could need. Just add food and for us some bikes and we were off on a great weekend trip! Smiles all weekend long for our family of 4!
