** The Jeep is equipped with a tracker and speed will be monitored.
** Offroad use is permitted ONLY established trails and breaking trail is strictly prohibited and may result in damages that would be charged to guest.
** Any damage to the Jeep Overlander is the renters responsibility (inspections done before and after trip)
** If the Jeep becomes stuck during the trip it is the renters responsibility to retrieve it (Don't get it stuck!)
** Jeep does not come with onboard Air and adjusting the air pressure on tires is prohibited
** Comes with Fire Extinguisher, if it's used would result in cost of replacing extinguisher
