Ready for your next adventure? We are here to make your experience great! Welcome to our freshly remodeled RV. This easy to drive RV has 7 seatbelts and comfortably sleeps about 6 people. It has cruise control, backup camera, Bluetooth, and AM/FM. The A\C & heater, and water heater work great. The kitchen comes with a sink, refrigerator, freezer, stove, and countertop space for prepping food. We fully equipped the kitchen with pots, pans, cutting boards, knives, plates, bowls, cups, utensils for eating and cooking. The main bedroom has a queen size bed and a door for privacy. The over the cab bunk is a queen size bed and the couch in the living room holds out into a bed to accommodate 2 kids or 1 adult. We provide each bed with fresh clean set of sheets, 2 pillows, and a blanket. We also provide bath towels, hand towels and kitchen towels. A folding table, camping chairs and outdoor rug is included as well. Please use RV toilet paper only! Do not flush baby wipes or cleaning wipes down the toilet because that will damage the system. The shower and sink drains are meant for water mixed with soap, and/or toothpaste. Please place food scraps in to trash. This is a non-smoking vehicle, you can lose your deposit if it comes back smelling like smoke.Here is what you need to know:-Pick Up at 3 pm (unless other arrangements are made)-Drop Off at 12 pm (unless other arrangements are made)-Delivery available upon request with a fee: $4.20/mile (minimum fee of $100)***Fuel refill service fee: $40 (only charged if gas or propane tanks are not returned full)***Required Dump Fee: $75 (will be taken from your deposit)Required Cleaning Fee: $200 (will be taken from your deposit). We had a great time in the RV! We had a campout wedding near Tahoe, and our rig was definitely the biggest one at the event. All the major components works great, zero smells in the bathroom, and the bed is SUPER comfy! Thanks!

Good amenities. Listing was exactly as described. Host was very responsive. Check out and return was easy. Leaks on the bed above the drivers seat, behind the main bed and the cabinet above the couch. Several of our clothes got wet and there was water in the walkway.

What a clean RV. Everything worked as listed. It had all the amenities listed as well. Easy pick-up and drop-off location. Zhana and husband was a pleasure to work with. I’d consider renting with them again!!
