Flexible with scheduling and support
Urie is highly accommodating, providing short-notice delivery/pickup, adjusting for flight delays, and offering flexible times. He provides setup, teardown, walkthroughs, written instructions, and quickly answers questions, also understanding accidental damage.
Clean, comfortable, and well-stocked
The camper is consistently described as very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. It includes a functional fridge/freezer, a large dining table, and is well-equipped with all necessities, making it suitable for resting and pets.

5.0My husband and I are in our 80's and had a wonderful stay in the trailer even though we were only in it for two nights - a mini vacation of sorts. The fridge and freezer worked very well at keeping our food cold and our ice cream frozen (the most important thing). I especially liked the larger dining table that accommodated our dry food with plenty of room to eat.
