Highly communicative and patient
Howard responds promptly within minutes and demonstrates patience. However, he has also canceled bookings, including on the day of departure, sometimes citing personal emergencies.
Powerful and smooth driving
The RV is praised for its significant power, smooth ride, and effective braking system, including engine brake. It is also noted as being easy to set up.
