The bathroom is roomy with a full-size shower fitted with a bench. The living room brings the comfort with two reclining seats and a tv to watch. The kitchen is fitted with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, pantry, and a loft above for extra sleeping space. When traveling the 12.9ft garage is perfect for hauling toys and when nighttime rolls around the two bench seats form a queen size bed and another queen size bed drops down above creating a bunk bed feeling. - Weekly (7+ nights): 10% off nightly rate
- Monthly (28+ nights): 20% off nightly rate
Fees
- Security deposit: 430,00 € (refundable)
- Prep fee: 86,00 €. This fee will cover preparing and sanitizing the unit prior to each rental. The setup will include bedding, outdoor area, electric, sewer, water, and refrigerator hooked up if available.
