5.0We found Melissa's RV on Outdoorsy and knew we had just the one that would work for our two weeks camping. It was the right size for our F-150 and was new enough that it should tow great and work like it should. From initial contact making arrangements and asking questions, Melissa was fast and thorough in her reply. Pickup was easy and allowed us to be flexible in when we could get it. Once we showed up, she was able to walk us through how everything worked. She provided extra chairs, camp mat and cookware. The unit towed excellent and everything worked as it should, including the AC, bathroom and lights. The bed was comfortable and the camper would be great for 4-6 people, but we only had two, so plenty of room. Return was just as easy and took but a few minutes total. If you're looking for a great camper and great owner experience, Melissa's North Trail RV is a winner. Thanks Melissa!
