Please remove your shoes before entering the trailer. The black and gray tanks must be emptied and flushed before being returned, otherwise you will lose $100 of your security deposit. We also ask that you top off the propane tank before returning, otherwise a flat fee of $20 will be charged from your security deposit.Absolutely no smoking in or around the trailer and no pets allowed inside. If there is evidence of pets and/or smoking inside of the trailer, $200 of your security deposit will be forfeited. (We have allergies in our family and the trailer will need a professional detail in order for us to use it again).Delivery is available at .75 per mile. If you plan on dry camping (without RV hookups) you may want to rent a generator to be able to use the AC, microwave, and electrical outlets. Generator is available for rent for $12/ day for 5 hours/day- and $4 for each additional hour.
