We want every guest to have a fun, stress-free adventure while helping us keep JARVIS clean, safe, and ready for future travelers. Please review the following before booking: • No smoking or vaping inside the camper or within 50' outside. • Pets may be approved case-by-case • No climbing or walking on the roof • No off-road travel or unmaintained roads • Renters are responsible for tolls, tickets, campground fees, and damages during the trip. $25 optional pre-paid plan. Any mailed in tolls to exceed $25 will be manually billed to renter. • Septic-safe toilet paper only • Awning must be retracted during wind or storms or when not with camper. • Return camper in reasonably clean condition to not incur extra cleaning fees. • Late returns may result in additional fees if not communicated in advance If this is your first RV trip, no problem — we are happy to walk you through towing, setup, hookups, and operation before your adventure begins. Our goal at E3 Adventure Co. is to make camping simple, comfortable, and memorable from start to finish.
