We want every guest to have a fun, stress-free adventure while helping us keep JARVIS clean, safe, and ready for future travelers. Please review the following before booking: • No smoking or vaping inside the camper or within 50' outside. • Pets may be approved case-by-case • No climbing or walking on the roof • No off-road travel or unmaintained roads • Renters are responsible for tolls, tickets, campground fees, and damages during the trip. $25 optional pre-paid plan. Any mailed in tolls to exceed $25 will be manually billed to renter. • Septic-safe toilet paper only • Awning must be retracted during wind or storms or when not with camper. • Return camper in reasonably clean condition to not incur extra cleaning fees. • Late returns may result in additional fees if not communicated in advance If this is your first RV trip, no problem — we are happy to walk you through towing, setup, hookups, and operation before your adventure begins.
