The Cozy Wanderer can go just about anywhere you can dream of. Local to San Antonio there are many great spots to visit close by such as Pedernales Falls in Johnson City, Muleshoe Bend or Pace Bend Park on the scenic shorelines of Lake Travis. A little farther out is one of our all time favorites: Palo Duro Canyon the grand canyon of Texas, just a few hours away close to Amarillo. Just a few hours in the other direction is Big Bend National Park its an amazing and a worthwhile adventure for any Texan or visitor alike. While local spots are our favorites to frequent, Cozy Wanderer has been all over the country!
Other things to note
We're happy to coordinate different aspects of the trip to make things as low lift as possible. For example, we offer drop-off and set up at select locations for guests- a great option for first timers who just want to show up and relax. Those who choose to take the Cozy Wanderer farther out on the road will need to have experience towing and a vehicle capable of pulling it which includes having a trailer breaking system. The Cozy Wanderer is arguably the easiest of the many campers to tow but some experience and comfort is needed for a happy and safe trip. We are more than happy to answer any questions!

We are off road enthusiasts! We love trail running, mountain biking and SUPing (stand up paddleboards)! We love to get away for a long weekend to go to a race, hang out with friends and relax. We have 4 kids (2 living at home still), 3 grandkids and 2 English bulldogs. We travel to Colorado alot when not in Texas and are planning on doing some big travels next summer!
