• Maximum number of travelers is 5 (there's only 5 seat belts) and must be wearing a seat belt at all times while RV is moving. • No climbing on the roof • no towing without written permission • return with full gas and empty gray/black tanks • no smoking or vaping inside • wipe spills immediately • damage to the awning is the renter's responsibility • Driver agrees to follow all Texas road, private road, and private camp/property rules & regulations. • Any deviation from the pre-approved route must be authorized by the RV owner first. • ADDITIONAL RULES: • • 1. No Smoking or Vaping Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside the RV. Smoke and odors are difficult to remove and may result in forfeiture of the security deposit if evidence of smoking is found. --- 2. Pets Must Be Approved in Advance Pets are only allowed with prior approval. Any unapproved animals will result in additional cleaning fees. Renters are responsible for any damage caused by pets. --- 3. Fuel, Propane, and Tanks Must Be Returned Full/Empty as Provided Gas tank must be returned full (or same level as at pick-up). Propane must be refilled to the original level. Gray and black water tanks must be emptied before return, unless pre-paid dump service was purchased. --- 4. No Off-Road or Unauthorized Use The RV is not permitted on unpaved roads, beaches, or off-road trails. Use is restricted to maintained roads, highways, and approved campgrounds. --- 5. Driver and Occupant Rules Only drivers listed on the rental agreement may operate the RV. Maximum sleeping/occupant capacity cannot be exceeded for safety reasons.
