If you plan on towing our rig, you are required to have a minimum towing capacity of 6,000 pounds and on onboard trailer breaking system. If you don't have a vehicle that can met these requirements we do offer local delivery.

CLEANING
As of right now, we do not charge a cleaning fee. We ask that our renters try to return the trailer/RV in like condition. We provide a check-out procedure located in the unit. This checklist helps keep costs low for our renters and helps us with the amount of time we spend cleaning. We understand that not all campers want to spend part of their vacation cleaning. In that case, a standard $150 cleaning fee will be charged if the trailer/RV is brought back without using the check-out procedure.
DUMPING TANKS
We will teach you how to dump the unit you are renting. If you are towing/driving the unit, it is your responsibility to bring it back empty. If you do not bring it back empty, we will charge a $150 dump fee

There is a NO SMOKING policy for this trailer. The security deposit will be forfeited for any evidence of smoking of any kind within the trailer.
