Oaks is a beautifully renovated Forest River Cardinal 5th wheel. With the living room in the front, the unusual floor plan allows for a lot of entertainment space. The living room can be used as a second bedroom, giving two private sleeping quarters on either end of the 5th Wheel. The living room has two custom built twin XL beds that also provide for a lot of storage, whilst the master bedroom has a queen bed and plenty of its own storage. Both have TVs, the master has a DVD player. The living room overlooks the kitchen, where you have a brand new stove with oven combo, a custom built dining nook, a refrigerator, a coffee machine and toaster. Through the sliding door you will find the bathroom that adjoins the master bedroom. There you have a shower with a separated toilet, sink, and a linen closet that also houses the LG washer/dryer combo. After living in Oaks for almost a year, we can attest to the comfort, and hope to share her with you. We want to share our experience completely, so we are providing a picnic table, seating, a BBQ and all the bells and whistles!We can deliver to any local campgrounds or residences!
