Communication was amazing. Very responsive. We had some things come up and they helped us through it. Issues that did come up : AC didn’t keep us cool while driving. Anytime the temperature was over 90 we were sweating inside. Had we known this we would have chosen a different Rv. No blinds on one window in the bedroom. Woke up with the sun in our face. No locks for the storage compartments. Sink soap dispenser is missing the bottle Black water waste spilled everytime I un capped it to hook it up at a call site, even though the latch was pushed closed. Drawers behind the driver don’t stay closed, they fell open while driving. 2 window screen didn’t stay on.

The RV was perfect for my group and slept everyone comfortably. The RV was in excellent shape and we received a very detailed tutorial before starting our journey. The host was a great communicator and I would definitely rent again!
