If a dispute arises w/ this Agreement, or the breach thereof, & if said dispute cannot be resolved through discreet discussions, the parties agree to first endeavor to settle the dispute by mediation administered by JAMS . Should the mediation the parties complete fail to result in an agreement then the parties agree to arbitrate the dispute pursuant to the JAMS Streamlined Rules. All fees & expenses of the mediation &/or arbitration shall be borne by the parties equally. Each party shall bear the expense of its own counsel.
