• -Clean Return Policy- Please return the van in the same clean condition it was picked up. A $250 cleaning fee may apply if returned dirty. Excessive dirt, pet hair, or odor may result in an additional cleaning charge. • -Fuel- Regular unleaded gas only (87 octane). Please return with a full gas tank. If not full, we’ll refill and deduct from your deposit, plus a $50 service fee. • -Battery & Solar Use- Solar panel charges the house battery (lights, fans, fridge, USB ports). Do not use high-draw appliances like hair dryers or kettles, unless hookedup in a campsite • -No Towing or Off-Roading- This van is not equipped for towing. No off-roading or driving on unpaved roads. Light dirt roads to campsites are okay. • -Accidents or Breakdowns- Notify us immediately if anything goes wrong. Please contact Outdoorsy’s roadside assistance as well.
