All drivers must be at least 25 years old. NO EXCEPTIONS. No Smoking. No Drugs: Any evidence of smoking or the storage, transportation, or use of illegal substances will forfeit your security deposit. No Festivals. No Tailgating: Any evidence will forfeit your security deposit. No Standing on the Roof: We do NOT allow going up on to the roof for any reason. Evidence of using the roof will forfeit your security deposit. No Travel to Mexico: Our motorhome is NOT allowed to travel into Mexico and our insurance does not cover you or the unit in Mexico. Crossing into Mexico will cause the unit to be reported stolen and a total loss of your security deposit. No Towing: We do not allow towing anything with our units. Out hitch receiver is locked and removal of the lock will forfeit your security deposit. Late Return Fee: We require all units to be returned by 1:00 PM. If you are late returning the unit there is a $50 per hour late fee. We allow exceptions to the 1:00 PM drop off but times MUST BE prearranged to avoid a late fee. Excessive Cleaning: Motorhome is required to be returned in the same condition it was at time of rental pick-up. If returned dirty, with excess smells, or pet hair on the upholstery a $250 fee will be charged Empty Waste Tanks: Waste holding tanks must be emptied prior to return or you can pay a $150 septic dumping fee. Propane & Gasoline: The fuel tank will be full when you pick up the RV. Return with the same amount of fuel that was in the tank when you picked it up or we will charge $5 a gallon to return to full. Lost Items: You've been supplied with everything needed to enjoy your trip. If any items are lost or damaged during your trip, you'll be charged the full cost to replace plus a $25 administrative fee Awning: Be extremely cautious when using the awning. Check your surroundings and NEVER use in inclement weather or while driving. It is a $2,000+ charge to replace the awning and it is NOT covered by Outdoorsy insura
