No smoking or vaping of any kind inside the trailer. Evidence of smoking will result in a $500 cleaning and odor remediation fee, plus any additional costs required to restore the unit. Please return camper with empty grey and blank tanks. There will be a fee of $150 if owner has to empty tanks.
