•Wash off sand and mud with outside hose (stored in rear of camper)
before entering camper
•No border crossings (Mexico & Canada)
•All pet needs to be declared and approved
•If extensive cleaning is needed, an added minimum fee of $100.00
will apply
•If all tanks are not properly emptied, a $100 charge will apply
•Please return gas tank with the same amount as received,
otherwise a charge of $10.00 per gallon will apply
•Please return propane full or a cost of $35.00 will apply
•Any lost or damaged items will be charged a replacement fee
at market value, our cost

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

Our RV is parked near our home at a large parking lot, so it's easy to maneuver vehicle. The earliest for pick up is 9 AM. Drop off is the same time you depart. Our late fee's are prorated and considered fair pricing. No one has ever complained. You will love this awesome RV.
