5.0Jim's RV is great - he has everything that anyone would want. Need chairs? No problem, they are there. Forgot a first aid kit and cut your finger? He's got one. Grill? Check.. the list goes on. Where a lot of RV operators want to nickel and dime you to death, Jim has you covered. Everything works, and if you have any questions like I did, he is quick to answer. Oh, and I almost forgot - when I went to pick up the RV he was hobbling a bit, turns out he had cut himself badly but instead of heading to the ER to get his 21 stitches that he ultimately needed, he chose to instead stick around and show me how to operate the RV because he didn't want to inconvenience my family, even though I tried to get him to go to the hospital first. Why would you rent from anyone else?

5.0Jim is a very nice gentleman who sat down and was glad to answer all our questions and make sure we were set up properly and taken care of. The RV was very clean, comfortable, and we had plenty of clean sheets, pillows, and blankets thanks to him and his family. We will be going to Jim next time we need an RV for sure.
