Responsive, communicative host
Ahmed communicates well, delivers on time, and provides needed items. He quickly replaced a faulty generator after a power outage, but one guest disputed the compensation offered. One booking was also canceled last minute.
Comfortable, family-sized trailer
The Keystone Bullet is noted as a clean, comfortable, and perfect size for families. While generally in good condition, one guest found it slightly dated compared to pictures. A rented generator add-on initially failed.

3.0Ahmed was a great host and comminucator. He delivered the RV on time and had it set up by the time we arrived. The RV itself was little dated and didn't really stand ups to the pictures but it was fine for a music festival. The only issue we had was the generator that we paid extra for did not work, therefore we had no power the first 24 hours. Unfortunately when this type of problem comes up, you need to "exit" your fun and deal with a situation. Ahmed was very responsive and brought us a new generator the following day and then everything was fine. However, he did not offer any reimbursement for the first day, which in my eyes, we should have received as we had no power, only a battery powered lantern I brought. Nor was there any mention to reimburse the cost of the generator add on. The only discount we received was a $75 credit for the septic emptying, which was minimal as we couldn't use water or toilet for the first 24 hours. If Ahmed was considerate of our desire to have fun without headaches, and reimbursements were made because of the faulty generator, I would have given 5 stars not 3
